Thank you for choosing to work with Made for Math. We provide online learning experiences through on-demand videos + practice or live online led math coaching sessions. Please read through our general guidelines and policies for working online with us.

On-demand Videos and Courses

Our courses are hosted through a third-party provider, Teachable.com. When you purchase a course from us, you are registering for an account through Teachable.

All courses are provided as-is. We do our best to provide the best user experience and results for our students. However, we do recognize that the online learning environment isn’t for all students.

If your child finds that they are not getting results from our program, you can request a refund within 10 days of purchase.

Your purchase gives you personal access. Please do not share your password with other families. Send your friends/family to our site to purchase access. If affording our program is the problem, please have them email us at hello@madeformath.com to request a reduced or free rate based upon eligibility.


Working with a Math Specialist

Learning online is unique, enjoyable, and effective for all involved when we understand expectations. By scheduling a  session with one of our math specialists, you are adhering to our guidelines below:


Prompt Attendance:

Live math sessions will start promptly at your scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session will be canceled and no make-up session will be provided.

If during our online session, you have difficulty accessing the software please email and/or call your math specialist. Their contact details are provided in the confirmation email.

If technical difficulties arise, our specialist will email and/or call you to reschedule a time to meet at no additional cost to you.

Sessions will also end on time regardless of what time you show up for the session.



Students should be prepared for online work by having the following:

  • Earphones
  • Hard-wired mouse
  • Webcam
  • High-speed internet (preferably direct wired)
  • Chrome web browser is preferred


Please notify us at least 24 hours before if your child will not be attending the session due to an illness, vacation, or extracurricular activity. We recognize that some illnesses such as stomach flu or a high fever can cause sudden cancellations. If a sudden cancellation is due to an illness such as this, a 24-hour notification will be waived.

No makeup sessions will be offered if the cancellation is on the student side, with the exception of illness as the cause of the cancellation. Come to sessions even if you have a cold.

If a student is more than 15 minutes late to a session, the session is considered a no-show and will be canceled with no makeup session for that time.

In the event that your specialist is ill, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange for makeup sessions.

If a student cancels more than 3 times in a 30-day period, services will be terminated and all un-used sessions refunded. We work with students and families committed to the process.

Please contact us about rescheduling sessions due to any sort of conflicting after-school activity.



Payment is due before scheduling sessions. No refunds are available unless sessions have been terminated. All refunds within 30 days of purchase will be refunded back to your debit/credit card. Any refund after 30 days of initial purchase will be sent to you via check.

If you cancel a session, you may reschedule the session up to two times. If a student cancels more than 3 times in a 30-day period, a phone call will be made to the parent, and services will be terminated.

Media Release:

We love to feature our students on our social media accounts and websites. By participating in our services, you agree to your child’s photo or video being used for promotional/educational use. We will notify parents before we use any media.
